of Cambridge Capacitor Limited's assets

Nueva Generacion Manufacturas (NGM) and Cambridge Capacitors Limited announces the acquisition of a major portion of assets and know how of Cambridge's metallized film capacitor business.

NGM looks forward to this acquisition to help round out the production of its metallized film capacitor lines, to increase the production capacity and to expand our offering to high temperature film capacitors. The technology and assets that Cambridge brings will be very beneficial to NGM to continue being the best solution for AC Capacitors.
